DOT Damage Explanatory Guide:
- Each of their application is unique. It bleeds for at least 15 seconds, and different applications will not be refreshed the duration or interact with other applications in any way.
- They may have different values, you could have a bleed that is going to deal 1000 damage in 15 seconds and be one stack. A bleed that is dealing 10 damage with the same amount of stacks.
- Dots are also going to use your current stats to calculate everything which means you have a temporary effect like Bloodlust, as it is active that they will be dealing more damage when it’s gone they will resume their normal damage.
- Every time whenever a dot deals with damage, all of the instances calculate their crit chances individually. It will show as a “crit” text so if you have a bleed that deals 1000/tick and one deal 10/tick so you could get a crit that is 1000 + 10 *2 = 1020, or, 1000 * 2 + 10 = 2010.
Doom is the ultimate exception in many ways. Like, if you apply 10, then 1000, and then 500, your doom will deal 1510 whenever it expires and check for crit at the time of expiration. Doom is just 1 stack for that reason, it just keeps you pilling up forever.
